4.1 Ownership: Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables (e.g., website design or code) as specified in the project agreement, except for third-party elements or pre-existing Iconando materials.
4.2 License to Third-Party Elements: Some deliverables may include third-party elements (e.g., fonts, plugins) subject to their respective licenses, which you agree to comply with.
4.3 Iconando’s Rights: Iconando retains the right to display project work in our portfolio or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Confidentiality
Iconando will treat all confidential information provided by you as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties, except as required to perform services or by law.
6. Termination
6.1 Termination by Either Party: Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice if the other party breaches these Terms or the project agreement and fails to remedy the breach within 14 days.
6.2 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, you will pay for all services rendered up to the termination date. Any deliverables provided remain subject to these Terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Iconando will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Iconando harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
9. Governing Law
